NYC therapist for anxiety

Welcome!

I’m Danielle, a New York–based licensed psychotherapist dedicated to helping adults create meaningful change in their lives. My goal is to help clients strengthen resilience, find clarity, and approach life’s challenges with greater confidence and ease.

I view therapy as a collaborative and personalized process. No two people are the same, which is why I integrate a variety of approaches—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Reality Therapy, and relational methods. Together, we’ll uncover what’s holding you back, set meaningful goals, and develop practical strategies that support long-term growth.

I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, relationship concerns, ADHD, grief, family conflict, and major life transitions such as career changes. Many of my clients come to therapy during moments of uncertainty, overwhelm, or self-doubt, and together we work toward building stability, clarity, and a renewed sense of direction.

As a therapist in New York City, I believe healing happens in the context of a safe, trusting relationship. I aim to create a space where you feel genuinely seen and supported, so you can move forward with greater self-understanding and confidence in your ability to create the life you want.

I hold a M.S.Ed in Mental Health Counseling from Hunter College School of Education and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York. I completed an Advanced Practicum in REBT at the Albert Ellis Institute and have received post-graduate training in Reality Therapy, DBT, ACT, and The Gottman Method.
