I specialize in working with motivated adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, issues in self-esteem, and dating challenges.

Individual Therapy

I have experience providing therapy for anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, issues in family dynamics, OCD, self-esteem, and those navigating life transitions such as graduating from college or undergoing divorce.

I practice from an internal locus of control lens, and use Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and existential therapy to support you towards your goals.

Therapy is an active process, and I will challenge you throughout our sessions to ensure we are working towards your goals.

Emotional Coaching

I have training and experience in providing career counseling for college students and life coaching for high achievers. If you want extra support but don’t feel like therapy is for you, or you live out of NY state, coaching can help you reach your goals.
